User accounts: name, email and password (encrypted), along with the content you post on the walls.

Visit statistics: we anonymously record the page visited, the language and an irreversible daily identifier (hash) that cannot identify you or reveal your IP address.

Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies is Google Analytics 4 used, with IP anonymisation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To manage your account and posts (performance of the contract), keep the service secure and improve the site through statistics (legitimate interest and, for third-party analytics, your consent).

4. Retention and recipients

Your account data is kept while the account is active. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Hosting is on servers within the European Union.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to no-responder@mundiguia.online.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
